Jennifer Ciresi
General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Jennifer leads all legal and compliance activities of the firm. Prior to Grounded, she was General Counsel and CCO at Redmile Group, Partner and General Counsel at Jordan Park Group, and Principal and Deputy General Counsel at Pathstone (formerly Hall Capital Partners). She began her legal career in the corporate and business litigation departments of Robins Kaplan LLP (formerly Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi LLP). Prior to law school, she worked in investment banking at Lazard Middle Market (formerly Goldsmith Agio Helms). Jennifer graduated with the highest distinction from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Economics and Spanish, and earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. Jennifer loves spending time with friends and family and enjoys almost any activity, including travel, sports, and barre classes.
