Megan Landen

Megan serves as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant.  She provides our guests with a wonderful experience when visiting the office and supports the investment teams and daily operations. Megan’s career has included recruiting and providing office coordination at health and finance tech companies. Before joining Grounded, she spent two years commercial fishing in Alaska, helping her mother launch a salmon trolling business. Her time on the water strengthened her connection to nature and deepened her appreciation for resilient food systems. She enjoys hiking and reading, and is always on the lookout for her next adventure.
